That little speech sealed things. When he said he would do anything he could do to get sole custody. you could see that he would not let that happen. If AJ had said he would try to work things out with Carly, Jason would have encouraged Carly to tell AJ the truth.
I didn’t blame Jason at the time. They never really let Jason go off but one time about AJ changing his life forever with the accident. I was one of my favs.
Yep..I agree he had cheated on Robin once with Carly and then by lying for Carly he's cheating again bc no one is supposed to know that AJ is Michael's father. He should have listened to AJ, Carly's a train wreck.
She actually told the truth to get Jason on her side all of it damn what a friendship. Why couldn't he (Aj) say he was going to try and raise the little boy with Carly she was messed up and being that he was under pressure from his family, this statement alone that Jason made is evidence that he wasn't the child's father and Aj knew that kmt Jason was a better man than Aj could ever be granted he was messed up because of his family but he screwed up his relationship with Carly and the kid
right I guess its only okay if Sonny,Carly and Jason throw threats(backed up by violence and the mob) and break the law right? assuming Michael would have been worse with AJ is weak sauce mere speculation to justify what Sonny,Carly and Jason got away with but karma is a B and Jason admitted he was wrong and Michael has a lifetime of damage to recover from.
This would have played out so different if Sean Kanan had still been in the role of AJ IMHO. Billy Warlock always played AJ as a mean, whiny and pathetic version of the character that wasn't likeable. What could have been a viable triangle between Jason, Carly and AJ just wouldn't work with Billy Warlock in the role of AJ since he didn't have good chemistry with Sarah Brown.
So he caused an accident that caused a personality shift but because he does not approve of his actions he is no longer responsible. Would Jason have made the choices he made if AJ had not gotten drunk and drove Jason into a tree.
AJ admitted what he did and has carried the burden but at some point he cant keep blaming aj. Jason knows right from wrong. aj had an honest conversation with Jason about what carly did. carly caused this mess. aj probably would have never seek sole custody if she did not do what she did and Jason went along with her lie that led aj to spiral out of control when it came to Michael. Now that Jason has kids of his own, how would he feel if did not have the chance to be apart of his kids life.
@@lisadelpeche3371 we all know what would have happened had the roles been reversed. Jason would have been pissed and demanded answers. And with barracuda Carly by his side Robin or Liz or even Sam had they hid the truth from Jason and they would have been torn to shreds. They turned Jason into a massive hypocrite.
@@lisadelpeche3371 Jason might have changed his mind but when AJ threaten to keep the baby away from him it probably sealed his resolve. AJ just said he'd do exactly as Carly warned Jason chose to do, AJ wouldn't be any better than Jason. Maybe not threatening to take Michael and trying to work something out could have kept Carly from asking Jason in the first place. AJ isn't some innocent victim, he gave as good as he got. 🤷
Has everyone forgotten that Carly was the baby’s mother. AJ forced her into desperate measures when he told her he was going to take her baby away from her. What was she supposed to do?
Hear who's talking kmt these Quartermaines are full of shit throwing threats around, guess what Aj as much as Michaels life was far from perfect I'm certain he was better off than if Aj had taken him, he learnt how to be strong from his mother and loyal from his uncle and determined from his adopted father
Strong from Carly? That's laughable she's needy, whiny, manipulative. Sonny and Jason are mob they kill for a living they are no better than the Quartermaines.
Loyal yea right. Where was Jason's loyalty to Robin when he agreed to lie for Carly, admitting he was the father is an act of betrayal bc it means the whole town knew he cheated, where was Sonny's loyalty to his sister when he chose Jason and Carly over Robin and than married Carly. They have a warped sense of loyalty.
