Why isn't she the most famous singer in the world?

I can’t imagine going to a restaurant and AJ Lee and Blue Summit come out to perform. I would be giddy like a kid in the 60’s seeing The Beatles.

Each time I hear this song covered by someone new, I have this irrational hope that the dog won't die. You have broken my heart again.

Reminds my of my wife and dating. Been married 46 years and still love that song.👍👍👍

I've been listening to Jerry Jeff for over 50 years now and heard this song done by many, none did it better than Jerry Jeff. AJ and the band do it justice. I love the song anywhere, anytime.

I always loved that Jerry Jeff Walker song. I remember when David Bromberg was Jerry Jeff's guitar player way back when. They tore it up. Noe this song is a staple in Bromberg's shows. AJ, you guys do a beautiful job with it.

AJ sings beautifully..plays with feeling..as does almost everyone else..

I never liked this song when it came out on the radio in the 70's? But this arrangement is masterful. The rhythm and tempo are slightly altered, the strings mixing it up add gorgeous texture, the tight harmonies are perfect, the pure clear direct vocal of AJ Lee soars. This version brings out the true pathos of this classic Americana song.

I, also, thank you for this upload. I heard on the news today some horrific action that bothered me to the core. It got me SO mad that the things I would do to that perp, all would agree, would be justified. But I just wanted to say, thank you for the song upload. Even though I didn't listen to the lyrics, the feel of the song really calmed me down, and so I thank you for that. My new resolution starting tonight, is to not read and watch the news, and cut that unnecessary, negative influence out of my life. Cheers, and hoping everything is well.
