It is an amazing thing to observe, and resembles the Buddhist prayer wheel. On the outside is a satellite that rotates around a central colum. As the column rotates, the satellite emits thought. When seen in meditation is like a bee that buzzes around head getting slower and slower as the thoughts dwindle to nothing. eventually it comes to rest. the slightest thought and it speeds up instantly. It can spin in different parts of the body too. A good result seeimg the citta.
