Hey bro, I tried lifting 30kg dumbell hammer curl , i did 2 reps but in my forearm it felt like some crack sensation in my forearm , but it's not hurting , it's giving me some type of numbness and something moving sensation in my forearm .... It's been a month now and it's same as then , it's not healing , I'm mean that sensation is not going away ..., ... Please can someone tell me why it's happening ? And what it's called ? Idk how to even explain .... It's very annoying when i do normal hammer curl motion even without dumbell, it feels like something moving inside my forearm .... Can any one who understand explain what's happened to me?
