Conan absolutely takes versatility and risk taking. He is literally good at everything except singing. And I don’t see how Akiyama can even compare to him putting himself in ridiculously dangerous deadly situations by himself, sometimes even completely recklessly, which cost him to get poisoned in the first place
True Conan easily takes risk taking, Akiyama does things almost perfectly but those are in fixed situations and Conan is up against Japan's most dangerous crime syndicate with the risk being 5 times bigger. That strategy in the hospital battle was risky but paid off extremely well.
