In Kenya, we have had a government project to light rural areas called THE LAST MILE and I can promise you 90% of Kenya is connected to the national grid. We also have renewable power projects also coming up(geothermal)

Tai Jay you don’t have to know him personally in order to research. Facts overwhelmingly point to accusers fraud and extortion. Not to mention several of their accounts of molestation defy to laws of time and space. For the record, I’ve read the FBI and court docs cover to cover and speak to several ppl daily that were very close with Michael.

Two father's of those children committed suicide because of the guilt they felt in inaccurately accusing Michael of child molestation. No evidence has ever been found, even during his lifetime. Its not about his color, Michael was and still is loved all over the world for his sincerity and exceptional talent. When you find evidence to convict him then you can make this line of defense until then you are simply spreading slander.

Great talk. I admire the work that Akon is doing. To address a point he made in regards to African Americans or the diaspora at large not wanting to visit the continent-it’s not actually accurate. I can speak for myself at least. I solo travelled to the continent earlier this year to see for myself. Everybody thought I was crazy for going alone and for the first time but, I loved it. There are more people out there like myself who are willing and able to make the trip. The narrative of Africa is changing. This interview was value-packed. Many will be inspired to take action from this.

Akon definitely an ICON, a HERO in more ways than just music. All love, all respect for the man 💯💯 Side Note: Solar panels are cost effective, and awesome. However it varies how much energy you'll actually receive especially in locations that have less sunny days. And they're highly expensive to install. Hopefully that changes to better the climate. 💯💯

Akon is so right about the little things we take for granted in America is value in Africa. I witnessed it in Nigeria, Lagos.. How everyone was elated and celebrating in the streets that the electricity power was on for a few hours..Most people had generators, but then there’s the cost factor of petroleum to run the generator. Its a catch 22,.. Then there’s the pharmaceutical drugs, my personal take I witnessed was China distributors control with the government.. That was like 6 years ago. Black American is definitely needed in Africa to impact a change..Keep prayers alive for the success for Black American and Africa..Everyone needs to go to Africa, I guarantee you’ll do self reflection..👍👍💕
