The Irish accent was Ireland. But fun fact Ireland managed to repay mostly. Lost control of the economy to the imf and the European central bank ( very embarrassing) but the country didn't go bankrupt and we repaid yhe bulk of the national debt. Got back control in à couple of years, actually our international credit is one of the best . Ireland is like tax heaven these days for international corporations. ( Google/ RU-vid headquarters is here ) well on paper, its run from san Francisco. Ireland had fully recovered before covid . Another great job the the ( global community) globalism. . The banking system is deliberately complicated to make the average person believe they have to hire accountants and use banks to deal with their money and investments. The legal system is excatly the same. They use latin terms and terms from century old sea and land law so you feel like you have to hire lawyers. If both were simplified into plain modern language you could do it yourself. And they do not want that.
