Dang that sounded guud. I’m in a car with crappie system and I could hear your adjustments. I think that SMB is the secret to making commercial “hits”

This is great ear training for me. Though I have a lot of these sophisticated tools, I'm learning how to listen for subtlety and not dramatic effect, how to make these tools actually useful. It's an ongoing journey- thanks for helping

Absolutely one of my favorite plugins since it was released! The new Blue Tone version released a few days ago is cheaper and is excellent as well.

Very cool. I have started using the God Particle on the mixbus a couple of years ago. It's also a Multiband Comp with some other little enhancements and it woks really well.

I've seen it on mix with the master I know its 1db and 2db but didn't know which bands and starting to try it out is fire !

Hi Emily! I have a question about terminology. I keep hearing ”the 2 bus” and the “mix bus”. Are those basically the “stereo out” channel? I’m using Logic and it looks like you’re using Studio or Cubase. Thanks! Gianni❤

Hey Gianni! That’s a great question. The way I think of those, the 2 bus and the mix bus are the same thing. For me the stereo out is your main output that you hear through your playback system. I label this PRINT in Pro Tools bc I like to have a printed file along with the DAW’s bounce.
