David Penzer Responds to what Al said about him in this clip: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0TF0TY0A_2I.html

Al Snow seems like a really good guy. For some reason, he also seems more badass in this shoot interview than in his wrestling characters

He more encyclopedia of history and training then superstar lol: joking In the End...sigh Al...idk...does he have the work skill to go up to a Main: yeah. The LOOK...if Mankind/Mick can one CAN argue...but...he's one of those people he also can put someone else over very VERY well hence... Is he MORE use on the mid card LONG TERM doing so while picking up SOME wins...or do you risk throwing him up as high as possible risking a crash and burn situation when in reality... He's serving SO much purpose on the mid...idk...I'd SIGN Al Snow without thinking...i'd Mid card AL Snow and be THANKFUL as fuck I had him... Would I main event Al Snow...on skill yes...on gimmik/popularity OVERALL compared to WWE level main event popularity... Idk...he'd need the right gimmick but...Ill grant that's a generic enough cop out as one can make...but... Agreed: the man sounds bad ass: as he's as much a historian: as he is a wrestler. He's like Cornette: If Cornette wrestled lol.

This sounds exactly like something that would have happened at WCW based on pretty much every other story you hear out of there. It’s amazing they were able to put on a wrestling show at all.

During nwo era Al snow went to a Nitro and the announcers didn't acknowledge the fact, I noticed cuse xpac and Al snow greeted each other when Xpac came out with Hall and Nash this was in 97 I think

Sounds like to me WCW didn’t have their shit together and are easy playing the blame politics. I don’t think they have any invested interest in you, like you said only till a rival company sees your worth they start chomping to bits...

How about that. Al the "job" guy is more jacked and healthy than almost all the guys on top during his era, except Rock.

Well some guys are dead, some guys hooked on drugs/alcohol, some are crazy and some are disabled. Maybe few of them from that era have managed to slip by and managed to stay healthy and be right in the head. DDP and Goldberg are the other guys.

Al was also around way, way longer than the Rock. Rock started in the mid-to-late 90's, while Al started back in the 80's!

he wasn't. that was the point of the video. He went for a dark match, which was basically a try-out, and it went no further.

and that proves why WCW went out of business...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!
@JackgarPrime
@JackgarPrime 4 года назад
It's even worse than that. One hand is just straight-up lying to the other hand, which then goes to the brain and says something different than even that lie!

From the way he describes JP reaction i believe JP is the kind of person who becomes so accustomed to knowing a specific thing (in this case the content of a WCW boilerplate release form) that he has forgotten that at one point in time HE didn’t know said thing and therefore cannot properly respond when someone else doesn’t know
@MasterFhyl
@MasterFhyl 4 года назад
I totally get why he doesn't, but I would love to see Al Snow come back to WWE and dominate. It's not like they have anybody credible there outside of boxers or whatever crap they're trying to match crap Lesnar with.

She works for WWE right now as an agent. So that might not be possible anytime soon.
@Fraevo10
@Fraevo10 8 лет назад
Give her a call. She'll talk to anyone, but remember she's in the WWE Hall of Fame so she has to avoid a lot of topics in interviews, where others can be 100% uncensored. Plus she's a female WWE alumni and WWE likes to treat females like indentured servants unless it's Steph who can shit all over kayfabe 24/7

I only oil up when I did the "Zombie run" like a Spartan race. Just like flag football the Zombies try to pull the flags out of your waistline. You get 5 I think. Just fun for charity like a 5K Spartan run.

It's interviews like this that makes me think WCW may not have been the greatest place to work, LONG before the "talent" took over. No, to be fair, *maybe* Al Snow is telling tales, but, I just don't get that impression from him. He has no NEED to talk out of school, as I am fairly sure he is comfortable with his place in life, and he does not seem to have a dog in the fight at that point.
