This will be my last trail camera pickup video from this location. I got some good wildlife here, but the black coyote hasn't returned and for some reason the animals almost always visit at night. It was a fun location to film wildlife at, but I am hoping the new spot I've chosen for this camera is even better. Thanks for watching.
Location: Alabama, USA
Trail Camera: Browning Recon Force Elite HP5
Species Shown: Eastern Wild Turkey (Meleagris Gallapavo Silvestris), Nine-banded Armadillo (Dasypus Novemcinctus), Raccoon (Procyon Lotor), Wild Hog (Sus Scrofa), Coyote (Canis Latrans), Opossum (Didelphis Virginiana), White-tailed Deer (Odocoileus Virginianus), Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus Carolinensis), Eastern Cottontail Rabbit (Sylviagus Floridanus), and Blue Jay (Cyanocitta Cristata).

I learned something new, that armadillos love mud baths. Those babies must have loved playing in the mud. You caught a lot of great pics.

So many unfamiliar nighttime noises! A call must have gone out to the boar and the armadillos 'Everybody down to the Mud-Tub now for your spa treatment'! And I think one of the squizzels identifies as a beaver - gnawing chunks of bark off that fallen branch. The bunny was cute!

This was a good site. A lot of happy healthy animals live here. I wish them well. Looking forward to what the new site has to offer. Happy Fourth Michael.

There's always a lot of action going on in that area. From the Mumma armadillo with her now big babies, the squirrel that disturbed the frog, Stumpy, the coyote determined to get that pesky armadillo and by no means last, the hogs spoiling the water for the other critters to drink 🤢. That gets me every time ... Looking forward to the next location Michael 👍.

I like how the boar decided to enlarge the water hole! 😅 Several times even!

The fella with the missing tail AND some babies, I will count that as a late birthday gift.

Everyone is cooling down in that in that small pond. I'm betting afterwards it'll keep the insects off them too.

You uploaded a longer video from this site about 3 months ago with quite a parade of these same species--plus some cattle. The cattle were good for a laugh, but fortunately the fencing where they broke in must have been repaired, or the cattle have been moved. You can't have cameras everywhere; so I'm looking forward to seeing the new site and what turns up there. The military should reassign you to document all the wildlife around their bases scattered across the country. It's not hard to imagine circumstances where having that information at hand could be useful. When I was in the military, I helped track who we had with certain skills scattered around the globe. Of course, that didn't require travel, just computer programming and a security clearance. Thanks for all your videos.

The turkey that has the black thing hanging (waddle) down the front is male or do they all have that? The coyote is giving a wide birth of the water and camera

The males have the beard. Sometimes females do but that is rare.

I think Alabama competes on an equal footing with Florida in wildlife. I love those two places. Unfortunately the ecosystem of these two states is getting smaller and smaller. Very sad.

It is cool, but I wish we had puma and more bears.

@@Michael.Outside Is there still Puma concolor coryi outside of Florida? To hear that in the early twentieth century they were abundant throughout the eastern Mississippi Delta.

Occasionally a puma is seen East of the Mississippi but not often.
