I really wish this song had been a single back in the day. It was my favorite on the album. I’m glad she performed it live pretty often at events such as this. It’s one of her most underrated tracks.

Her song is sarcastic. She is telling about how people will do anything to find absolution and she is using Buddhism as the example. This song is not expressing that she believes in Buddha, quite the opposite.
