Alaska Airlines incident in Las Vegas -- Passengers deplane on taxiway!

An Alaska Airlines flight has its brakes lock up after landing. The airplane can't be moved under engine power or by towing. Stairs and buses are brought out for the passengers while the aircraft waits for one(!) maintenance guy.

"deplane" isn't a word, we already have "disembark". please let's not ruin the English language by making up words that we don't need?

Deplane is in the Cambridge, MW, and Collins dictionaries. Maybe check before trying to play English police on the internet?
