Japanese here. I feel sorry for Nagashima-san. Cosplaying does not make him bad person or gay. Its normal in Japan. He is just a happy guy. and is not world level yet and lack experence. He will become strong someday
Kraus was not happy about fighting that guy at all. Even after he KO'd him he didn't even bother to see if he was okay. =P The things you get to see in the K-1 World Max are definitely 1 of a kind.

Then I probably misunderstood back then, or he was talking about bouts that weren't alligned with K1 max. A lot of (Japanese) fighters seem awfully out of place in the finals.
It's not more ridiculous to show up in a dress than to show up on "eye of the Tiger . It was the entry mach in K1 for Nagashima, that was just 2 or 3 years ago in a univesity " nihon kenpou club ". On the other side you have Kraus that already has a lot of titles and fought several K1 semi-final.. there was no way Nagashima was gonna win this mach and he knew that, just look at his face before the fight. consider the context before criticizing him
Nagashima has some major holes in his game. His jab is nasty, but beyond that he's pretty suspect. Everything after the jab is hands down, which doesn't go so well obviously.
This guy may be a freak but he's not really a pushover since he's supposedly known as a knock outer. That's what the Dutch commentator said and he's usually right. But over here he would be matched as a B class fighter I guess.
@mrpopenfresh Ninjas are Japanese though. And 'traditional' pirates are actually European; French, English, Spanish etc. Though I believe they existed in America as well. Still, they're more European than North American. Js.
Thats the FINAL he kicked good amount of people asses till there, talk trash is easy when the guy lost, but till there he is a good fighter nonetheless
Yuichiro had no body movement! He didnt look as natural as Kraus. Kraus was slick on the shoulder rolls. Shoulder rolls can be dangerous in MT cuz u might eat a kick or a knee but he was slick. Yuichiro still has a lot to learn. No one can trade punches with their chin high in the air. Any1 would get knocked out in the first round like that. Keep ur chin down, hands up and throw'em. I'm amateur but its common sense And if u come out wearing a dress and dancing like a girl, YOU HAVE TO WIN!
