Hey man, how come you don't upload the full episodes to RU-vid? I know they are available on Spotify but I find them easier to watch and listen. I understand this may be more work in temrs if editing etc was just curious

Hey, Kenny, appreciate your content! I have a suggestion: PLEASE SHOW PICTURES OR VIDEOS OF YOUR INTERVIEWEES COMPETING ON STAGE. You put them in the thumbnail but the actual video is always a guy in an oversized shirt. Showing their physiques in the actual video would elevate things a lot imo.

Congrats Alberto on the newborn! I definitely learned what sacrifice means after 2 kids lol. I’ve been making slow and steady progress on just 2 days per week (about an hour per session) and rarely 3 sessions. You just have to learn to be flexible and go with the flow even though it’s hard to let go of control of not having the “optimal” set up or lifestyle for gains

A father of 3 little ones it’s really hard to train. I am averaging about 2-3 days a week and the third day can be hard to get in. I do a upper lower split.

Upper / Lower = not enough for upper and strength gains are crap on once per week , so i prefer [ train 4 times a week ] A. Chest / sh / tri / calves / quads B .Back /bi /forearms / hams A2. Quads / calves /chest / tri B2. Back /bi /forearms /hams . Limit total sets to under 25 per session .

Berto, I'm sure you have thought of this already, but I'm curious about your opinion on building a home gym now since you are starting a family?

Not berto obviously, but I am a father to two little ones. I started building my home gym when my oldest was about 2 and it was an absolute game changer. It's allowed me to be consistent with training for however many days a week I wish. I could never go back to a commercial gym now.
