Congratulations on 1000. These prints were so fun. You have a knack at combining colors. Some of my favorites are the green/purple one, the one on black paper, one that looked like an Orchid, the pink one.

Yes, I love using alcohol inks on my gelli plate. I use them fairly often that way and I did a whole Livestream Jan 2023 dedicated to this if you are interested. They will stain your plate (yellowish) though but doesn’t affect the function of your plate. Have fun and thanks for watching!

What great fun you were having! I've been avoiding a lot of YT lately, since I tend to get up and make a mess when I'm done! I have to get that studio straightened and much less dense! I stopped watching 'junk' journaling and collage videos just so I can actually do things I really have been wanting to do - get back into painting! Sigh. I adore those stencils. I'm assuming they are 6". I do have a round 4" geli plate. I wish I had chosen the larger. I need some inspiration! It is small enough to use like a stamp and, once my counter is again cleaned off, it shall be used! I've never seen the alcohol lift pad before. I heard about it but was clueless as to why I would need one! LOL! Keep on making!

@@devonrex4 Thanks! I found them! I have had heart problems and messes pile up. Getting healthy is important! :D I have a good start on sorting out my studio - it's just deciding on what to keep that is the big problem. I bought a lot of things like paper pads that I just would admire but seldom used. They take up a lot of space, as do the things I experimented with but had no us for. Time for things to go.. she says screaming all the way to the donation pile

Hi there - congrats to you my Canadian fellow artist....... Well actually I'm a crafter and you are an artist. ..on reaching IK subbies YAY. I always enjoy your vids and getting to know you in chat. I was watching Norit Art and she showed using a silicone mat as an alternative to a gelli plate........that would offer the user a round "gelli" plate. As always another clear and easy and withut saying a very creative video Thanks !!!!!

I do enjoy my Alcohol inks on the gelli plate. They do stain your plate though (but plate still works fine afterwards). Thanks so much for watching!

Hi again ......two typos in my previous comment. one was the word WITHOUT The other typo was the spelling of a youtube channel It is NOIT ART not Norit. The video she demonstrates the use of the silicon pad as an alternative to the Gelli plate is titled QUICK ART JOURNAL PAGE - she shared that video two weeks ago .
