Congratulations on your influencer status! Your no b.s. reviews and honesty is appreciated when it comes to you all doing product reviews. Have a great week!

Thanks, John, appreciate that. Other than some trail cameras we have had issues with most of the stuff that we have reviewed, whether we bought it or it was sent to us has been pretty decent. Thanks for watching and appreciate you watching and commenting. Juddie

That brought back some memories. My dad had one similar to that When I first started hunting there were no Mr Buddy heater’s like there is today and we used it as a heater while hunting. Nice video

Glad that it brought back some memories, Dan. Yes, I am sure in a blind that it could put out a little heat for sure. At least enough to maybe warm your hands. I never thought about it in that way, but I have used my little butane stove in the blind to cook some Ramon noodles and of course it did provide heat in the blind. So I guess this would as well. Appreciate you watching and commenting. Juddie

Pretty neat little stoves, not something I was aware of. I learned something today 👍

They are, Matt. They are so handy, like I used this one the other day to make the jute match. I just fired up the trangia stove, and set it on the table, turned the aluminum stand upside down over top of the stove, and set a soup can with some wax in it to melt so I could soak the jute rope in wax to make the jute match. I have used the trangia stove down on the farm to make coffee on the back of the truck. My bugout/camping/bushcraft backpack has my 2-cup percolator in it as well as a small can of coffee, and I always carry some bottled waters, so I can have coffee when I want. LOL Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

The stoves you made were nice. The snuffers are nice. I have made 2, one from an aluminum water bottle and the second was from a coke can. They worked pretty good. I also have the trangia stove like you have. I got mine from Amazon. I also got the pot stand that fits directly on top so you wouldn’t have to take the stand along. The stand I have is in 2 pieces and the inter lock with each other. Very cool video. Take care

Thanks, Brian. When I did the DIY alcohol stoves I knew I need a way to put them out instead of just letting them burn till they were out of fuel. I had a viewer contact me about doing a video on making the pop can stove, so I may do a video on making one and with the snuffer lid. I really like the trangia stove due to the fact you can leave the fuel in it. I need to get me the two piece stand that actually sets on the burner. I believe though I can make one for it. Maybe another DIY project. Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

I would love to do some backpacking camping when I retire if I’m able. There are a lot of compact camping accessories out now that would make backpack camping much easier.

Marty, that is one of my plans is to do some camping. I have a hot tent that I bought several weeks ago that I need to do a review on, but the weather has been so crappy during the weekends when I am off. This little Trangia stove I have here I have used several times to make coffee with my 2-cup aluminum percolator that I have when I have been down on Jerod's farm working. It is always in my backpack with a small bottle that has alcohol in it. Yes, there is a lot of compact gear out there now. Appreciate you watching and commenting. Juddie

Good one Juddie! I love the alcohol stove! You can’t beat that for 12 bucks! I just used your link to buy one!😂 Good video buddy 😁💯👍🏻

Thanks, Cornbread. I have always wanted one, and I made some as you see, but I wanted the Trangia because you can leave the fuel in it. Not a bad price for the stove and stand. Thanks for using that link. I have been an Amazon Associate for some time now and just last week I actually setup my Amazon Influencer page. Haven't shared the link to it yet. I repurpose a lot of stuff. LOL I might do a video on making the jute match, it is easy to make, and I can see the use for it. You could use that to light a kerosene heater if your battery powered igniter isn't working. I hate trying to use a small wooden match to do that. Great for starting a fire in a tent stove or whatever. Don't worry about multiple comments, I do that myself sometimes. Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

Agreed, Tom. That is why I did the video. Now maybe the "O" ring is supposed to be glued to the lid, I don't know but it that doesn't make it junk. Also, the guy might not have understood that you have to light it and give it a minute or so for the jets to take off. Also, he may have not know that you have to either have the stand like I have or the 2 piece pot stand that fits on top of the trangia to set a pot on. If you just set the pot on the stove it will snuff out the flame. I really like them and you can pretty much get fuel for them anywhere! Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

Nice thing to have I got something like that it burns the gel cans used to us it alot heating up food at work out in the field nice looking stove I will have to check into one of them yal stay safe out there 👍
@JnJTrueOutdoorAdventures
@JnJTrueOutdoorAdventures 5 месяцев назад
Jason, I have seen those. The only problem with them is getting the gel. With the trangia, link in the description of the video, you can burn alcohol, HEAT, denatured alcohol and there is another fuel, can't remember, but you can find fuel just about anywhere from Lowe's, Walmart, Autozone, etc. They are nice and can be used for a lot of things that require some heat. Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

Great video!! Does the seal keep the alcohol from leaking out or do you need to keep alcohol in another container? Enjoyed very portable and food value.. keep camera rolling

Thanks, Todd. Well, I can see that your question was answered by the next comment you made. I usually carry the can empty, and a bottle that I bought to put some alcohol in with me. It does come in handy; I keep it in the pack I keep in my truck. As well as my 2-cup aluminum percolator coffee pot and a small can of coffee. LOL Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie
