Aldo - I'm greatly disappointed I didn't go with your kit. I wanted a big single so I went with a BL kit. Your detail is incredible my man. I'll definitely be a customer of yours in the near future.
A masterpiece my friend. Attention to detail is incredible, and the thought and integrity that goes into your work is so evident. You remind me of my best friend and mentor when I was in my late teens. ✌️ much respect
This video could not have came in at a better time!! I am so close to pulling the trigger on your twin kit for my 2020 mustang. I’ve been comparing all kinds of different boost applications. I’m set on y’all’s! Great video as always brotha!🤘🏽💪🏽
Great video, love the in-depth look at how your kit is designed/built. Especially love the part where you factor in working on the car/repairs around the kit like how simple it is to remove the turbo and down pipe as a assembly when having to pull the trans. Keep it up bro!
Man I am glad you talked about it making it too hard to remove the trans if needed. Been looking at things and started to think it might be more of a pain than worth it. This kit is looking more and more like a go for my next build. Just bouncing between ZL1/SS 1LE and 5.0 GT/Mach 1.
I am in awe of the work that you do brother! With that being said, I have a supercharged F-150 Crew Cab, and wanted to add Twin Turbos on it. What I want to know is if it can be done? Have the Supercharger & the Turbos at the same time? Just call me the Mad Scientist, LOL!!!!
@@aldoweldsI see you guys recently revised your turbo headers so no custom steering shaft is needed. Do we still need to bend the transmission lines or was that also fixed ?
Don't you think there should be a split at the bottom where both boost charges are coming in from the turbo on the intercooler? The boost pressure are running into each other. I've been told that's not a good design for an intercooler. Hellion and majority of intercooler incorporate a split or a taper where the boost pressure are colliding. Please tell me your thoughts Aldo.
We’ve tried a lot of different designs on the Intercoolers specially that bottom end tank. Nothing really made a noticeable difference so we went with what’s easier for production. We shear and bend all our tanks in house so going with that design worked best for us. This specific intercooler is the same exact one we have in Bryan’s 7.30@190 mustang. So it works.
Question. Gen2, 6MT, with ported 18 mani, I just went on E85 with lower mount kit on 62s, 7psi springs wastegate with Eboost2 Fore 3 hat, DW95 injectors. Have it up to 14 psi. Have not dyno the car yet so i afraid to give it some more. Any idea on what power this should be at, approximately? Thanks
Hey bro I’m a RU-vid certified mechanic and I bought one of these kits for my Camaro and it doesn’t fit. Not happy bro I paid a lot of money for this Vatos Locos kit.
