Man, this Alesis is capable of some greT, realistic sounds. I think they are definitely on a fast track to a much bigger presence in the edrum market after a Sgaky start to a higher ebd kit. As they resolve these early oroduct shortcomings and develop new tech! Good for them! Great drumming as usual Ralf!

Sounding great! How are these kits sounding with the 8 individual outputs? Because the internal proccesing doesnt apply on those outputs.

Maestro tiene una opinión de q se le pueda cargar algunos Samples propios para no estar conectando un Mac ??? Osea cargar lo q armo y cargarlo en la Alesis t directamente buscar los Samples desde la bateria .. Gracias!!!

Danke für das Video. Ich hatte mich damals im shop bei Euch sofort gegen das strike pro und für das standard td 17 kvx entschieden. Wozu würdest Du heute - mit neuen Fellen - raten?

Hi Andy, die Roland/kits Module sind was Triggering/Spielbarkeit und Verarbeitungsqualität angeht den Alesis kits überlegen (schlägt sich ja auch im Preis nieder). Ein super Upgrade für ein TD-17KVX kit wäre noch die diabolo series 18" bass drum :) hast du die damals angetestet? Das ist ein Weltenunterschied zum KD-10 vom Spielgefühl und dazu noch deutlich leiser: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J9Ig12wXESQ.html Viele Grüße!

Have you had any issues with the kick drum not registering hits? I notice it especially when I’m playing double bass pattern. It won’t register a lot of the hits. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe your retrigger supression is set too high in the trigger settings, which would cancel out fast hits especially. Kind regards!

Did the ride cymbal fail to trigger a lot especially on the bell or was it just the man not hitting it intentionally. I love this kit but that ride cymbal is a bit concerning

Not that I noticed, I actually am that man :-D the Alesis Strike does not offer the same level of triggering as a Roland module/ride, but there is no general problem of the bell not triggering. Where did you have the impression that I hit the bell & it didn't trigger a bell sound exactly? Kind regards!

I don't know ... I know there are issues with the build quality of the first strike, but I think a lot of that was rectified for the most part in the SE, but I really like the sounds in the module, especially the drum-tec stuff. I bough 2 packs for this module last year and will probably snag this one as well. I actually use this module on an A2E kit with some low volume cymbals + drum tec 3 real feel heads and it triggers great and sounds really good (sound good to me)

Strike is the best sounding kit by far, for any price! And yes most of the issues were fixed.

@@oldmanhendo7183 try tighten the bass drum or loosen the bass drum or place the beaters of the kick petal on where the triggers are try those and after that seek assistance from Alesis
