The case of Jones, he wasn't sued for saying Sandy Hook was a false flag. He was sued because he hired people who went around doxxing the parents, making them move because of death threats. So the money he spent to employ certain people was used to harass the parents AND because he continued on with the conspiracy, even in the face of the fact that he was proven wrong, this is why he got sued.
