I was there at this game yesterday. I watched the guy smack Ovi in the face and then watched as Ovi continued to go after him. The crowd was furious at Ovi’s 10 minute penalty. Especially since there was only a few min left. The game was off to a rough start for the Caps and just kept getting worse. Ended up 5-2 Rangers. Watching it in person- the Caps were just not on their game. They looked like they were just waiting to play golf later.

can't stand Ovi but I don't think he's in the wrong here. Goodrow got away with elbowing Ovi in the head literally on top of the linesman...that's pretty bad.

Goodrow had to have done something to Ovi prior to this. Theres no way Ovi would go crazy just from this alone.. Refs were brutal handling this though
