Same here, I have never heard of Lonquich or heard him play. I learned and performed these pieces years ago during a time of incredible grief and turmoil and at times I am hesitant to listen to them, they are so deeply personal. The interpretation is incredible and I would consider the Romanze a revelation. Many bravos!

Von Alexandeer Lonquich wünsche ich mir eine Einspielung des "Ludus tonalis" von Paul Hindemith. Lonquich pusht den Klang nicht, sondern er hat einen filigranen, lyrischen Anschlag - genau richtig für das Hindemithsche Opus.
