Alexander Michalowski (full color) at the age of 79 (Warsaw, 1930) 

Michalowski was born in 1851. One of his friends, Karol Mikuli, was a pupil of Chopin.
The audio is recorded separately, and is probably not what he played on the video. The audio is of course a well known Waltz of Chopin.
