The Zverev & Sonego matches were so good! At one point they were both at 2hrs 48mins in the 4th. A far cry from the buttoned up performance at United Cup, Zverev's forehand was a misfiring mess, but that serve got him out of so many jams. The 2nd & 4th sets are where Sashay went into his champion bag as a response to the fight of DKNY. Lockdown mode during the TB & then he was the alpha male throughout toying with his tired, spent kill. 4-6 6-3 7-6 6-3.

@@GrizzLeeCcan we give him the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps this accusation is because she's his previous partner and not his wife. Maybe she's securing the bag, so to speak. We don't know, but after having a child, all of a sudden we're hearing about abuse. Timing was odd.

Regardless of the controversial circumstances surrounding Zverev at the moment or what you think of him, really good effort to stay in it mentally and get the job done here. We don't know the truth yet; therefore I will hold off on any judgements til after the trial and all other legal proceedings are completed. Lets focus on the present, which is AO 2024. I hope the reporters in press do the same.

Zverev looking in great form right now. I really hope this ridiculous accusations and lawsuit isn't going to affect his game. His private life should stay that way. I really hope the press won't ask anymore questions. He's going to get backlash about it either way. Hope he can stay mentally strong and do well in the tournament.

Have had a bias towards Zverev since the abuse allegations, but the latest season of “Break Point” changed that! So surprised by his pleasantness as a person. Finding myself rooting for him now! Tbh, I think he and Medvedev would make very good friends if they weren’t competing 😂
