Last weekend, Alexandra, Victoria, hosted its 27th annual truck show, and it was a blast! Over 350 trucks, utes, and rods filled the streets, with 120 already registered before the event.
The festivities kicked off on Saturday with a BBQ, truck run, and a touching memorial ceremony for truck drivers. Trucks assembled in Yarck, enjoyed some BBQ, and then rolled out to Alexandra, arriving in time for the 2pm service at the Victorian Truck Driver’s Memorial.
Sunday was the main event, starting at 4:30am. Visitors enjoyed live music from Brooke Taylor, the Poison Spitting Gin Queens, and Paul Costa. The day also featured an auction, raffle, wood chop competition, and kids' rides.
With 42 trophies awarded, the event saw many stunning vehicles on display.
