for all asking. its a generic obd ii bluetooth from ebay. the dashboard ISNT possible to get back on with the dongle plugged in. its possible to do a little trick so you can close it. just untie the plug from the car and let it loose inside there

Looks very much like the ELM 327 yes. But were you able to put the dashboad cover back on with the dongle stil plugged in?

I have the same adapter, alfa quad and a samsung galaxy tab and it wont see the protocol.
