This is part 2 of our Algonquin backcountry canoe trip with our children. We camped on Big Crow Lake and went on day trips. First, we hiked up to an old fire tower. The next day, we paddled over to a trail that passes through a beautiful old growth forest. It was an incredible September adventure in Algonquin Provincial Park and we hope you enjoy! Algonquin Provincial Park is located on the traditional land of the Omamiwininiwag and Anishinabewaki Nations. We are thankful for their stewardship of the land and for the opportunity to experience this beautiful place. (www.native-land.ca)
