Actually, some of his ad revenue and probably merchandise revenue goes to editors for thumbnails and video unless he does it himself. But it probably doesn't all go to that. Photoshop editors aren't as expensive as the revenue that a big RU-vid channel generates. You don't need $1000 to make a clickbait family friendly thumbnail that makes kids want to click.
