"I've become somebody from nobody": Meet Ali Sheikhani, a Pakistani-American serial entrepreneur, community leader, and philanthropist, who was invited to the 56th episode of our educational podcast series. The guest narrates his personal journey from his struggles in Karachi to becoming a successful business leader in the United States, the mentorship of his beloved mother, his business ideals, and the political and social realities of the American dream.
Mr. Ali Sheikhani is also a member of the Republican Party and is currently running for Constable in Fort Bend County Precinct 3. When asked about his support for Trump despite allegations of him being anti-Muslim, anti-Pakistan, or anti-Imran Khan, the guest responds that Donald Trump is only against illegal immigration.
Further clearing 'misconceptions,' he stresses that the Republican Party does not stand for hatred, nor is it the party of Donald Trump alone. "They (the Republicans) do not see your color; they see your work," he argues. Declaring Joe Biden as "the worst president in American history," Sheikhani says that Trump is going to win the 2024 presidential race because "millions of people are willing to vote for him."
Alongside his dynamic business career, he serves as a committed police officer. Mr. Sheikhani envisions transforming and empowering marginalized communities, as he has been actively involved in various social welfare projects, especially aimed at improving healthcare access for underserved populations. "My agenda is humanity....I belong to the people of God; I don't confine myself to a single country, caste, creed, or sect," Ali Sheikhani concludes.
