@@degeneralist3.088 I found something like this and it may not be Judith : ) >After the commercial success of Alice Deejay, vocalist Judith and the dancers left the band. The group's last public performance took place on October 9, 2002 at a concert in Utrecht. Currently, Sebastiaan Molijn and Eelke Kalberg co-create the group Dash Berlin with Jeffrey Sutorius[1]. In March 2014, the group was reactivated under the name Alice DJ, but without the participation of "Judy" Pronk.
Can you tell me where you hear live vocals? That's was obviously playback man, she turned the mic lower and lip-synching all the High notes. Because actually she was not the real vocalist like Corona. Vengaboys and Alice Deejay had the same studio singer!
@@kevintje31 In fact if you are able to read i wrote that she (Judith) was just the face of the project like Corona (first) and however you wrong man bc even the third album under the name of Corona X released in Brazil in the early 2000 was been recorded by another session VOCALIST. So i don't know how i gived you fake info lol. 😂😂😂😂😂. Alice Deejay it's the same... Real vocalist replaced on the stage and music videos by attractive performer/model.
wow! i had tears in my eyes! just amazing! like no time has passed at all! 20 years is a long time, she looked great! and so good to see her sing live.
Crazy how I stumbled upon this. Currently in tears of joy writing this. Better Off Alone was my introduction to techno back in Jr. High and it will never die. So happy to see she's back on stage after all these years 🥲
I simply cannoooooooot believe it!!! My lovely Queen of Trance is baaaaaack!!! 😢😀 She is one of the trance pioneers!!! People who dreamed and danced with ATB, Armin Van Buuren and Alice DeeJay back in 1998-2000 know what I am talking about!!! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Judith Pronk is back!!! As gorgeous, energized, and young as usual!!! She just gives me HOPE!!! 11/10
@@fabtastic2 nope it's always been miming. What they do is layer a singled out vocal on top of a backing track. It doesn't matter regardless, whoever was the singer back then is ftw, Judith is an amazing performer, music at its best really.
@@fabtastic2 nothing to do with having a good ear, her voice is extremely autotuned here, so it's very hard to tell, notice how at 3:52 she starts to sing the bridge but there's no sound and it seems like she forgets her mic is off, this may be pre-recorded
Esto es genial. Judith 20 años despues luce radiante y mantienen toda la vibra en el escenario, es realmente espectacular.... que ella permanezca siempre en el grupo...
I would be crying so hard watching this in person. This album is hands down one of my favorite albums of all time and it means the world to me. Your so lucky 🍀 🥰🥲😀 🕺 ✨
The hairs on my body are standing up! I loved Alice deejay so much, I was hooked on dance music. Judy looks like she has been frozen she looks exactly the same! Wow. Need to see her in the uk ASAP!! 🙈❤️
I know right it's so damn awesome they got all the three girls they got the moves they sound fantastic I'm so happy. So many of us grew up with this and we have such happy memories. Hope she comes to see you guys in the UK and after that I hope she comes here to Boston. We don't have a lot of these in 90s concerts like they do in Europe I wish we did there's so many of us that miss it
Got a comment again I'm looking at you comments I'm the same way I used to love going to the clubs and hearing this kind of music man it was so cool all the women it was just such so much fun back then. Love to dance music f****** Euro dance it was so cool back in the day late 90s early 2000s
Best tecno singer band ever allways i had that intuition that she will be back in the future i hope she’ll drop new music and stay in. Stage for some years!! Music from my childhood
@@aitorcolado7853 Now she has her own clothing line "Anna Vi" and she's also a make up artist, it's been really hard to make Judith return after 20 years to think she could stay in music industry. She didn't want to comeback and the only reason she did it is for the love of her fans that didn't forget her.
@@Mrparangos3 well mate im alice deejay fan from 23 years ive been following her year by year i told you just waith ‘!! I thanks for information i knew that 😉
Nah Milk inc, Silver and Fiocco where better than this. Only first song was used from Alice in the better Dj sets from the 90's. It was in my opinion very good music but targeted at commercial scene not in techno or trance scene.
Anyone who thinks she is not lipsyncing just go to 3:50. She accidentaly started saying "Remember when you told me..." as it was in the original recording, but not in this one, and then she realised that this one is different, and suddenly turned around.
I was just like the audience when she came out, like “ITS HER! And she still looks exactly the same!” It’s cool to see how much this fave album of mine when I was 18 became such a legend. ❤
@@TheJudas71 Some of it is but she's definitely singing live here and even the recording is Judith's voice. She talked about it in an interview a few years ago. You assume I don't already know about this stuff yet you don't even know me. Dance music isn't really about the vocals, it's more about the beat and melody so the singers are really just an added bonus for most electronic music. If this were rock or jazz, live vocals are expected.
@@TheJudas71 Didn't reply huh? Guess you don't know what you're talking about. You're not a sound engineer so you have no clue what is live or not. Why does it matter anyway if it's playback? Judith isn't really known for her vocal talent. This song was originally an instrumental only but DJ Jurgen had to add vocals to make this song good to play on the radio. The vocals are an afterthought!
I was literally sitting playing my keyboard and found a similar sound on my keyboard which reminded me of her and I was looking to see if it was a close match. Never thought I’d find out she was back. She moves a little more gracefully as opposed to her 20’s but she’s still got it.
I found this video two years after upload! But better late than never as they say. I'm so glad I found this! Alice Deejay was my first lyrical based EDM group I ever heard on EDM compilation CD I bought from a Virgin Megastore way back in late 2003. I never saw them perform at any concert, my favorite song on that comp CD was Better Off Alone. I thought it was(and still is) really good! I wondered what the singer looked like. If she was a brunette or a blonde, and if she had a "dancer's body". The first time I saw the official video for Better Off Alone was just year from watching it right here on youtube! Someone had uploaded it a few years ago. I never knew the singer's name until, by looking up the group on google. Her name is Judith Anna Pronk and I htink she quite quite pretty. I never knew she could dance that well! Seeing her and the other two on stage at a revival of Alice Deejay is so amazing! Well done bartlimb!
It's just incredible to see you back on stage. I need to find this video two years later. I can't believe it. I still remember how sad I was when she stopped singing. It still looks fantastic today. His movements are still impressive..
It’s amazing to have Judy back and using her live vocals 😻 what a performance... that’s Vengaboys & Alice Deejay back wonder if they’ll bring Candee Jay back next?? Someone contact Ilze please 😭 imagine all of them together
Nice that she’s back! I wonder why Mila Lazar didn’t come back as a backup dancer since she was one of the original ones in the 90s/00s and has remained in the dance world all these years, plus is still friends/in contact with Judy…anyway they all look great 🙌🏻
🗣This dance, these facial expressions and body movements, this rhythm are still very alive! The ⚡️energy always shines!✨️ Alice DJ💥💥💥 Respect from Turkey!🇹🇷
