No, it's because she's a natural actress and human being, not a natural model or celebrity. She doesn't even have that overly symmetrical (and probably cosmetically enhanced) look that most celebrities have nowadays. It's super refreshing!

what is really interesting and impressive about this is how well spoken the Swedes actually are. Pretty much everyone over there can speak English very fluently... Also Alicia is gorgeous as hell.

Alicia Vikander and Zara Larsson are Swedish. Sweden is a place that they lived. Their natural accents look pretty though. Alicia uses her British accent, while Zara with her American accent. In 2012 to 2013, Alicia uses her American accent before switching her American accent into a British accent.
