Default Ingame-Gamma, for TN panels i would recommend gamma = -1 ( Example: • Gamma -1 ) as the contrast ratio is most likely pretty low compared to VA or other panels. Vanilla Ultra Settings: HDAO+ and SMAAt2x
Both pictures are always using same gamma and resolution.

Check boxes of AMD Fidelity FX, DPX, CA (Chromatic Aberration), HDR, SMAA, MXAO, LiftGammaGain and Vignette. If the picture gets too dark for your liking, the fake HDR option is what you want to change or disable.

Sharpness: 72%
Chromatic Aberration: 0% - because adding it with ReShade gives a better effect.
Obviously running this all in 4k needs some serious hardware but the picture quality is near identical in native 1440p while offering decent performance.
Fps with a 2070 ranging from 45 to 80 in 4k, 75 to 130 in 1440p.
