The 1st 1/2 of this line is referring to a song called ‘Too the Max’, featuring L.A. underground staples ‘Of Mexican Descent’(OMD) and ‘Chillin Villain Empire’(CVE). The 2nd 1/2 refers to J Smoov and St. Mark 9:23 who make an appearance on this album with their song ‘Line Postin in Pedro’. This album and the whole Project Blowed/Good Life/Afterlife/I-Fresh/Konkrete Jungle/Low-End Theory/Bananas crew is way ahead of its time!
