If humans were so indomitable, why are the aliens talking about us in the past tense, like we no longer existed? Apparently we were wiped out anyway.

Jet turbine engines don't purr, they whine/scream. If that is the case and this is a diesel engine, that would make the tank that they restored even older than a modern-day NATO tank because as far as I know most of those use turbine engines. Makes the engineers work even more impressive

They all does not have the compatible systems with each other. Russian, Chinese, American, Korean, they all have others systems. Also, in this time od story its propably like maybe XXII century or evel Later. So maybe the nukes were removed from a service and replaced with something more destructive?

@@guardianofthetoasters2323 series of books by Keith Laumer and a few other authors. Mostly short stories but a few full volumes. Just look up Bolos. or the author's name. Basically, a Bolo is a tank with main gun's typically the sort of cannon you'd find on a Space Dreadnaught. Listed as a Hellbore ranging from say 60cm to 110cm on later models with roughly 4 second reloads. Sound scary enough already. Plop that gun in a turret on a 15,000 TON hull then start tossing in every secondary you can cram in without dropping her road speed of 80kph (50mph). Road being a loose term at that size. Bolos often left their own roads behind them. All this run by maybe a single crewmember and an AI. But the AI can run the tank on their own and often do until killed so hard that they're literally slagged and then still trying to keep fighting. A Bolo takes a lot to kill and will do even more to take the Dinochrome Brigades enemies with it. Many of the stories are of Old Bolo's after the war waking up with damage and fragmented memories attempting to hold and save what has already been lost. All in all, well worth the read.

Idk but from what I know 88 is used by neo-nazis as a "heil hi..." also by nazis in ww2 so its a nazi symbolism. In short a hate symbol. So him saying put 88 and ill heart it is very questionable...

@@MrKlopson Haha, the voice in the video, not you. The image looks AI generated as well, the closest tank's barrel is uh... well, just look at the muzzle. The captions seem to be generated by AI as they are wrong in several instances, which is... odd to say the least, if this was written with blood sweat and tears by real humans, messing up the captions would be quite weird. And the story itself just seems so AI generated.
