The lug width on the Addiesdive is due to the fact that they have 'homaged' the watch to the Nth degree as thats the actual lug width on the real deal.

I picked one of those Thorns up as well but my PT5000 wants to stop at the beginning of the ghost date turn over function. Every day for 3 days at 10 minutes to 9PM it would stop. I pulled the crown to the ghost date and moved it a few times on the crown, which can cause the date to stop functioning. It may have cured it as it hasn't since, but watch that ghost date function if you go with a PT5000, it apparently can hang the movement. I may have to return it if it does it again. Otherwise I find it a great watch and it keeps good time, 7 secs fast a day.

Sorry to hear you had some intital problems but glad to hear that they seem to have resolved themselves. Definitely keep an eye on it, you can usually do a free return if needs be, via the AliEx dispute process, within 15 days of the sale "completion" date. Thanks for watching!! 👍👍

$41.50 (after Coins discount) for the Addiesdive Explorer AD2030 os amazing. $42.70 was the best I could see in January.

Nice haul Al. Though despite the water resistance on Tandorio being a bit suspect, it's a very good buy once you keep it dry ! I'd take a chance on it !

Butterfly claps sre fine, as long as your wrist stays the same size. There just isn't enough adjustability.

I picked up the AD2023 for $30 during the 11.11 + choice deal. If I can find a no-date 30mm dial I’ll mod it. Not $6 like that Tandorio tho! (Would have bought it just for the nh35), but I‘m very pleased with AD. Bracelet needs improvement, but for $30 it’s just great

Cheers mate, the Tandorio was a VERY lucky find! The next big sale is March but I'd also keep a look out for some Choice deals as well, if you don't want to wait until March. I'd go for the Steeldive SD1970. It's one of my favourite AliEx watches of all time and it had some great upgrades in 2023 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tgQGGX_Ti7Y.html (watch 5). However, if you'd prefer a speciality dial, you might want to check out the Addiesdive AD2117 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Qs713sXyVQk.html The price is currently high on that one but it sometimes goes on sale for less than $60, so you might want to save it in your cart and wait for a deal. Nice collection of watches. The Addiesdive watch is a sharp and the Thorn would be my 2nd choice. The Specht & Sonn isn't bad but that name is horrible. Sometimes brand names are just ridiculous. Anyway, great video! Cheers!
