Aligning a Gyroplane Rotorblade

If the rotor head and blades are precision drilled and ground (i.e. precision diameter) NAS bolts are used, then how would a rotor system drift out of alignment? Also, if manual alignment is performed, what is to keep the rotor system from drifting out of alignment? Wouldn't that involve metal to metal slip and movement in the rotor? That would be bad, correct?

I think what he's trying to say gracefully is got to have a bow all the way across it just ever-so-slightly to wear the screen doesn't touch anything going across like it is in the center of that block you got to put a bow in it you get it up off of that bar where you can see where your string is naturally going to come to set

Yep. Also, Airgyro should think about adding accel sensors to the control system to monitor shake and warn when it's out of limits.

Very good video, I will be doing this on my next inspection. I am lucky I have a winch in the roof so this becomes a one man operation. Will you make a part 2 when you re-install the rotor showing the torque settings and explain exactly what the space if any should be from the rotor hub to the rotor block (hub bar) (U), also the best way to put the grease. Thanks for this and the other videos.

Kinda surprised that the teeter is not shimmed to eliminate side to side play

Will balancing the rotor eliminate the control stick vibration?

Doesn't seem like a high degree of accuracy to me. More like a seat of the pants without professional tools. I would be hesitant to do that myself considering the blade is my lifeline. Maybe this is the way, I don't know but scary.
