Overeem only fighter i use to hate but later became big fan of. Simple fact he doesn't quit. No mattet what happens or how bad he gets KO. Keeps coming back. Admire that
@@victorognev6263 was younger he was super cocky pretty type attitude . way he carried himself for man got KO alot and or gas out quick lost lot of fights. But like i said. Starting seen his true hart when lot of people wpuld have retired 5 differnt times by now
DOUGHER69 I disagree.. Overeem was never cocky or never had a attitude... For a fact when he fought in strikeforce and pride Overeem was known as the nice/good guy. So yea I dont get the hate.

Im from holland and its funny this Overeem his favorite country. We go there now for more then 20 years on holiday. The country is insane beautiful and the people are so nice. One of the best places on earth to visit

@FD MZ you're not wrong, Ngannou got power but ubereem knocked out the top kick boxers of K1 in the first round becoming a champion in 2010, I would still go for Reem in that fantasy match up. It would end up something like the Todd duffee fight. Two powerhouse colliding and Reem coming out with the win.
Alistair i want to say I always felt your calm, wisdom and intelligence, and I want to see you work as analyst within MMA organization, also do some podcast and show your personal qualities to the world. Like most champions you are smart, and like most champions you are much more than a fighter. Sergei,Brock,Jds,Mir, Igor, Vitor,Badr, Spong,Saki,Crocop, Werdum, Hunt, Aerts, Alexey,Arlovski,Big Country, Struve,Fujita,Big Daddy,Zentsov, etc. And still doing it! Top 5 heavyweight of all time!

He was a great champion of Dream, Strikeforce but never a world UFC champ. Time to call it a day Reem. He's in his 40s which isn't too old - maybe he'll be able to stretch it out to 45 like Couture but I doubt it. He'll be missed, especially his time in the spicy K1 era. Time to hang em up. Enjoy your retirement and teach the next generation. God bless.
