Why don't they make a video about how diet soda doesn't actually make you more acidic or cause heartburn and that it's perfectly healthy to drink all day every day. Aquafina and dasani are the worst purified water doesnt even help fight acidity so its poison Essentia is fake alkaline they use sodium bicarbonate to make it alkaline thats a chemical used and found and used for concrete 🤢 🤮 Evian isnt natural either it contains sulfate which is know for causing gut and allergy issues . FIJI isnt alkaline either they just recalled 78,000 bottles of it containing manganese and bacteria. Bottle water generally are all the same they just taking ur money thats all 😂😂 scam all they do is repackage in fancy bottle its all marketing lies getting u to spend more 😂 thinking ur getting something good 😂
Yep I love Icelandic Glacial(Natural Spring pH 8.4) or Essentia(ionized pH 9.5). Icelandic is the purest IMO. I get bad reflux and ever since buying these waters and drinking them daily it has been a dramatic change.
My mom was suffering from chronic GERD and she would often excessively sweat. I ended up buying alkaline water with a PH of 8.8 from Walmart. For reference shes In her late 40s and does not speak English that well. We used to always excessively drink bottled deer park water almost year round. Within a week she started coming home and saying that she noticed she was sweating a lot less even when wearing sweaters and jackets which was never the case before. She then kept saying she felt much better and wasn’t suffering from acid reflux as much. This continued for several weeks. She didn’t change her diet (which isn’t very healthy) and she didn’t change her lifestyle. The only change has been the water. I can’t say for certain that switching water brands helped. But this was my moms personal experience. I am now continuing to buy more neutral and alkaline water brands and have completely stopped buying deer park water. Sometimes it’s not always about what doctors or scientists say. It’s important to respect their decisions, but you also must listen to your own body. If you make a certain change and it makes you feel much better and healthier then that is a good thing.
Anything we ingest is mixed with stomach acid, and immediately becomes acidic, as we cannot alkalize the stomach. The alkalinity of our tissues seems to be more a result of our metabolic process and not from the pH of what we eat. Would anyone refute this? If so, can you point to any source of information that explains how alkalinity of food/drink could survive the acidity of the stomach and its digestive acid? I was on the alkaline diet before and this is what was presented to me, and Ive yet seen any explanation other than "theoretically".

I just started the Kroger alkaline water. It tastes soo much better so it's worth the few bucks more. Most of the cheaper spring waters taste like toilet water.
