Great album! But not the greatest in my opinion. I actually like a lot more Thrash albums than Rust In Peace, including other Megadeth albums.

Well thanks man. Yeah I struggle between putting Endgame or Rust at 1. But honestly there are definitely some songs on Endgame I dont care for.

Dystopia IS a fantastic album. Have it on both cd and vinyl.

I hold a similar view on the vast majority of your opinions & takes, and our rankings actually are not too far off fromone another. I did a full listenthrough of the MegaDave/deth discography last quarter of 2023 (also extensively scored via specific criteria for an album-ranking list), and to my surprise you are the only other fan (non-writer) to rank 'Emdgame in the 'top 3"! Credit to you, brotha, for keeping this half-hour-long review interesting and fun at times with your humor & musical ability for quick demonstrations. Since I made my album ranking between 7-10 months ago, my opinion on all the albums, which I frequently alternate listening to CDs, all my opinions on the songs have remained the same, save for a few songs: "These boots" (cover), "Take no prisoners", "Skin of my teeth", and "Never walk alone... A call to arms". Each of these songs I've grown to like more- only on the context of listening to them alone, as opposed to a full-disc playthrough like I did for all the albums. That said, a few of these songs sre now on my "favorites" list to listen through which means you could add a percentage point, or so, to some albums on my list. ¿Really!? Really, Dave was Mega-man in the 90's? B.s! He became a real dictator in around 2010's and on, especially when he fired or Dave Ellefson left the band, thus vindicating Metallica for having fired Dave from the band for being a misfit.

I will actually be listening to him after I finally finish Buckethead which shouldn't be too much longer. I'll also be checking out the new movie/doc whatever it is this week
