we have been doing river cruises for over 15 years with 3 different companies. Over the past few years, it's been ONLY AMA. By far the best we have ever traveled within Europe. As Kristin has stated the crew is spectacular, the ships and captains are great and the food is second to none. In fact, we are getting ready to visit eastern France with AMA later this year. We have already begun the planning with AMA for 2024. Many options to choose from with reduced pricing and that wonderful pre and post-trips as well.🤩
If I had one thing to add to AMA, it would be to look into other pre and post-cities. We believe you can only visit a city many times. Take Amsterdam, there are so many small towns worth a visit, and would love to see AMA add this as an option with the Amsterdam pre or post-visits. That's the only thing we could possibly add to their great service and adventures. We have so many new friends we have met on these AMA cruises. Some as far away as Australia. Maybe a beer cruise?
