How we add nitrogen to stout to make a classic Dry Irish Stout, what gas pressures, temperature and the machine we made to do it because you can't just buy one on ebay or amazon.
The video is a bit technical but stick around till the end when we show what a pint of stout direct from the bright tank looks and tastes like. We don't use any shortcuts or secret stuff, we're happy to show you what we do to make great beer, you're consuming it, you're entitled to know, and we're proud of the local ingredients we use, no processed syrups, processed extract, hop extracts, nope. Just the raw materials, un adulterated pure natural, pure dedication.
Stag Stout is a medium bodied traditional dry Irish stout at 4.2 % ABV. It is designed to appeal primarily to traditional stout drinks, who remember how creamy the pints used to be. The complex recipe we developed brings back to life characteristics that are long forgotten.
