I’m so glad I found your channel. You explain so wonderfully, anyone can understand. Being in the medical field as well, it can be rather difficult for professionals to explain in layman’s terms to patients. I’m very self conscious about my mouth and take every effort to keep my teeth and gums clean. You’ve inspired me to invest in a water flosser. Thank you!

Great presentation!!! Excellent information made interesting and personally relevant. Please consider including other dental products for presentations (not "YT Reviews."). Having spent K's for #30 extraction and more for upcoming bridge, I would find your comments regarding bridges & implants, water pics, etc. very interesting. Again, thanks for your "no bs" style:).

It’s a very important tooth for chewing. Sounds like you are going to be replacing it which you will be grateful once the work is completed 😷

Hi: Nurse Rita, just wanted to let you know you have inspired me to get a waterpik. This is my second morning of using the machine. Am using sensodyne for gums and follow that with waterpik nano. At setti g 3 it almost rips a hole in my cheeks so today was harder than yesterday. Mt mouth feels so clean thank you and God bless.

Another great upload. I’ve been told by my hygienist my oral hygiene is good and I see her 6 monthly. But my teeth are whiter at the bottom and yellower closer the to the gum. My canines are probably the most yellow which makes sense from what you have Said. X

Best system after ortho is from your dentist. Get whitening trays made that you can have for life and will be able to refill time after time. If you want an over the counter system, crest white strips are the go to!

Many many thanks mam' , I have gone through ur video on water flossing also. It was also superb. Just one advise pl. I am 70 yrs old. Have three zirconia crowns and one implant with Zirconia tooth on it. One on first pre molar. Rest three on molar teeth .Which model of waterpik flosser will u recommend for me.

Any model is great. I would avoid the WP-580 model. This may be harder for you to manipulate and get the proper angle. Any other model has a good size handle that is easier to move around your mouth.

Hello, do you have any advice on how to stop or reduce bad breath? I have periodontal disease and I just bought a water pik, I brush my teeth twice a day also oil pull and nothing seems to help.

This could be caused from multiple things. And you do t have to answer these to me, just considerations for you… First, when is the last time you had a thorough cleaning, dental exam, and X-rays? Need to rule out decay and make sure you don’t have any active disease present. Meaning is your periodontal disease being treated? Is it under control? Or are you not in a maintained state? Do you have sinus drainage? Suffer from acid reflux or GERD? All of the above can contribute to bad breath. Depending on where you are at with any of the above, if you have not have a dental cleaning within the past 3 months, I would start there. And I would recommend to start roaming once day for 30 seconds with a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Either use the cap of the peroxide bottle to measure or use a teaspoon of each.

I wonder if beetroot(juice) stains your teeth as well, because it colors other stuff a lot, but maybe it doesnt stay on the teeth? I began drinking it almost daily, i wonder how bad it is for my teeths look

I think it can absorb and over time stain your teeth. I’m not sure about external stain, I would think it can due to the darkness of it and yes it staining other things. I would check your teeth for brown stain you can remove with damp wash cloth or gets removed at your dental cleaning.
