If you could take us through like one players entire workout and show us what they did that would be incredible. Also showing us the difference between a forwards and a backs workout

Tanner Brown I know right and here I thought a big part of being a rugby player is teamwork and respect clearly I was wrong and that it’s ego and showboating
+Blahfsd blah To be honest mate, if people who are going the gym to get stronger and bigger that is the absolute minimum. Always lift to failure, never to a targeted rep range (say 10) and put it down...always to failure......and then 1 more
Lol at the crossfitters trying to do all this shit These are paid pro atheltes. these guys got form and also a full working staff to monitor them. They're physical beasts so that do extreme shit cus they can
Conrad Smith always amazes me. Such a textbook player doesnt strike you as the most physical player but man he was such a solid consistent center with great IQ.IMO him and nonu is the greatest midfield pairing they’ve ever had!

+merrymary1550 Nope I was an amateur cyclist when I was their age and had legs that made theirs look like matchsticks. The lifting weights stuff looks really boring except if you're them of course. They all look as if they have steroids for breakfast, dinner and tea tbh.
Yeh i never understood why rugby trainings consist of things that never happens in a rugby game,, why train stuff that ua dont do in a rugby game , like leap frog around the feild, tackle a bag that has no legs and isnt moving, players go sprinting into them really hard coz they know its soft like them,, i would of though yud wana train stuff that happens in a game, like plays and forward tactics, and clearance kicking,, lot of teams kick the ball out but it diesnt go far enough down the feild coz they dont train it enough, you be having lineouts close to ykure line and if you lose the line out you in the shit huh, beter train clearance kicking like there's no tommorow, i clear better than most top-level rugby players you know why, coz i practice clearing the ball for fun, i can put it over the halfway mark from inside the goal line
I can't remember the name unfortunately. You can do it with bands or a cable tower. It works on rotational core strength, and the external obliques. Also slightly the posterior deltoid. It helps improve; posture, passing strength, pushing away defenders and spinning away from opponents... for instance they're holding on to your chest, you can spin powerfully to throw them off.
+NesquiK This exercise is called "wood chopper" and it works, as said, on the core strength and the transvere abdominal muscle. It gives you stabilization and strengthens the spine, too.
