England fan - Smith will rue his missed kicks - should have swallowed it and let Slade take over - and Ben Spencer was not the right fit for a frantic last 20 mins. When you’re comfortably in the lead - yes, defensively box kick until the final whistle. But we really needed Mitchell to spark something. Congrats NZ - very finely matched!
Great rugby, super competitive, two really good teams on display. England were surprisingly good, thought the ABs would dominate more but England is really well drilled too. Great for the game with much more equivalence.
@@mitch2924 They still won verse a good england side that beat ireland and only just lost to SA in the Semis last year. England played well and the ABs played average as they always do first game of the year. AND STILL WON
