Tell that to the Ava or Tripp choice. Conrad was the only outlier surprisingly, but most of the time he was MIA anyway except for some short brief scenes.
If you are trying to figure out which ending you will get and why, here is how it works: If Clementine accepts Ava's offer and injects AJ, Clementine will be loyal and she will follow Javi's lead. If Clementine accepts Ava's offer and does not inject AJ, Clementine will be understanding and will go after Gabe. If Clementine rejects Ava's offer and injects AJ, Clementine will be levelheaded and will go wherever Javi doesn't. If Clementine rejects Ava's offer and does not inject AJ, Clementine will be forgiving and will, again, go after Gabe. If Clementine rejects Ava's offer, injects AJ and spits in David's face, Clementine will be cold and will go with Kate. If Clementine rejects Ava's offer, does not inject AJ and spits in David's face, Clementine will be honest and will, again, go wherever Javi doesn't. If Clementine accepts Ava's offer, injects AJ and spits in David's face, Clementine will be bold and will, again, follow Javi's lead.
I accepted Ava's offer because that what I thought I would've chosen if I didn't know what the New Frontier was. Damn. If I've rejected it, I would've gotten the best ending
Hmm, people are comparing whether Lees or Gabes death scene was the most "sad-ish" scene, while im still calling the scene were Kenny says goodbye to Clem and AJ the saddest of them all
Rob All of Kenny's supposed death scenes were sad. it just shows that he cares for the people he is with, Kenny is Awesome! I bet that Kenny will return in Season 4.He is Kenny from South Park
so here are the endings for you all 1. if clem wants to go find gabe A. if you go find gabe =gabe and david will live, kate will die and you see her as a walker B. if you go with kate =gabe will live, david will die, kate will live 2. if clem wants to go with kate A. if you go find gabe =gabe will live, david will die, kate will die and you wont see kate as a walker B. if you go with kate=gabe will die, david will die, kate will live
Ending 2A you can see Kate as a walker, I think it will depend on how you ended things with her when getting separated. 2Aa: Kate says she can't believe she ever loved you, you go find Gabe: Gabe lives, David dies and You don't see Kate as a walker, presumable implying that after Kate saved Richmond she left not wanting to have anything to do with you anymore 2Ab: Kate kisses you, you go find Gabe: Gabe lives, David dies and you see Kate as a walker.
I actually really liked my ending. I thought David's death was the best and most heart breaking conclusion for Javi and David's relationship. And Kate disappearing left me a little empty inside- I'm really glad I didn't get the Gabe death ending especially when Kate said "let's start a family' 😔
Okay so I speak Spanish, and te quiero means I love you and so does te amo. The difference between the two is te amo means love like a brother, mother, partner, someone you actually love. Te quiero means you love someone in a friend way. That’s something you would say to a friend, or someone who just did something nice for you. David still didn’t want to admit he loved Javier as a brother.
Gabe, you son of a bitch. Why does your death wreck me so much more than everyone else's in this season? For God's sake kid, and I thought Mariana messed me up. Jesus Christ, you may be a pansy sometimes but in these recent episodes, I think we all saw a different side of you. Probably a better one. And when it was your turn to die and when you have the gun and end it all yourself, dude that's some pretty fucking crazy shit. You got me torn up in pieces, Gabe. You got me fucking torn.
Wish there will be more characters like Conrad in the future: he could've died in every episode since Ep. 2, but if you do it right till the end he'll live.
David was misunderstood and just wanted to protect his family. I'm glad there is an ending where you can save your brother and nephew. I don't like Kate and her death didn't make me sad at all. Gabe was an annoying shit-starter, but his death was really sad.
Wait, so if everyone but Clem and Javi can die in this season.... doesn't that mean everything will fix itself, meaning that Kate, Gabe, and David are all dead in S4 at some point?
The Reel Heel nah, he can't the scene with the big dialogue, that you may have seen, after that it just shows the "You are Dead" scene, and then the game just reload to the last checkpoint
Even though the writing at times was all over the place and made Gabe pretty unlikable, he is a victim in all of this. A victim in this adult's love triangle who despite their claims to have the kids best interest in their heart were always acting for their own selfish reasons and desires. David was an asshole who completely gave up on his son and never tried to find him, and after finding him again, proceeds to boss him around instead of realizing that it's been what, 3 years since he last saw his son?, and trying to know him and give him credit for staying alive all this time. Even after all this time his son still looks up to him, and yet he still makes rash decisions without worrying how this may affect Gabe both directly and emotionally. The best example is at the climax of chapter 4 when he fucking tells his son to follow him during a crossfire so he could go unload his rage boner on Joan/the other guy, getting really close to getting him headshotted in the process. Kate just with the tiniest amount of provocation immediately is onboard the "S.S Abandon the Kids" ship. No, the fact that you are not their biological mother is not excuse enough, you looked out for these kids for 3+ years, even before the outbreak. "Gabe wants to stay in Richmond with his father after just reuniting with him after believing him dead? Ok, fuck him. I'm not giving up my lady boner for Javi!" "David suggest we all leave together? Like hell I will, I feel totally guilty about those random people I don't even know and wanted to get away from previous chapter!" Even Javi can be partially blamed depending on the choices the player makes. So because of all this, in my opinion the best ending is where Gabe lives and both David and Kate die.
I really really hope Javier makes an appearance in the next season, because hes the only one with a confirmed fate. and i dont want it to just be a flashback or a cameo. i want him to straight up reunite with clementine to find aj.
Telltale has really gotten lazy with zombies. In the scene where Javi and Clem go after Gabe and David, they kill a bunch of zombies and there's "one" zombie that is bald and wears like a blue full body thing with two stripes. Next shot Clem kills the exact same zombie. Couple shot later, it's Javi's turn to kill it again, then Clem's. Like, wtf?
GenaratorRex390 Accept Conrad's plan or do anything against Clem's wishes in previous episodes then choose to help Kate it will cause Clem to go find Gabe and David ALONE
Chapai Chapai it's all about valuing human life over clem's wishes which often involved the death of someone. Clem seemed to have lost sight of what Lee wanted of her.
Woah I actually got something different, I don't know if I got an alternate good ending, But in mine, David gets turned but Clem saves Gabe, Kate, Javi and Conrad also survive. In the aftermath Kate says she wants to start a family with Javi, Jesus called Javi a good man and says this place could use someone like you. I mean the end..end is the same like all others except, Kate and Javi are holding hands at the gate and Gabe hugs Clementine then she walks off to find AJ. That's a good ending in my book but I don't know if it's an official good ending :S
All the endings depend if you accept or not Ava to join the new frontier, if you inject Aj or not and if you spit on David or say goodbye to Aj. The choices you made makes Clem be loyal to you and obviously, follow you wherever you go, if you want to go with kate or you want to go for gabe. Clem also can go alone where you decide or not, she does what she wants to, just like I already said, it depends on the choices you made on Ava's and Aj's scenes.
Anyone know how to get the ending where you go after David and Gabe by yourself? In my opinion David's death is the saddest because at the end, he makes up with you
It's funny how a lot of people got different endings and not many many people done the same ending as me.... IMO: I dislike Kate. You can't flirt with your HUSBAND'S LITTLE BROTHER! David is not entirely a bad person, he just had his ways. Yeah he's an asshole but he was really considerate and underneath that thick skin and and uncanny rage he really wanted the best. He got upset when his brother did make his Dad's death, when he died he STILL told Javi to look after the family even though he could of hated Javi and Kate to the grave. Would you really want to be around a love triangle between your wife and your brother? After watching all the endings and if you're PLAYING BY LOYALTY, David's ending was the saddest cause despite everything he always wanted his family to have a good life just had bad actions. Kate never hesitated to want to start a new family, didn't really care when David died and threw her wedding ring on the ground, no matter how many times you rejected her she came back and she was making more advances on you than you was on her. David is very much like Kenny....
Kate tried flirting with Javi even before the apocalypse started, and was still married She was a ruthless and horrible person to David through and through
I actually really loved my ending, gabe & David lived and my relationships at the end were really good and Clem became a reformed loner which I don't mind. All in all I really can care less about Kate. I wasn't about to cheat with my brothers wife, even if it's a game. That's messed up
Depending on what is to come later on, either the one where kate is missing and Gabe is alive or where Gabe and Kate are alive are the best. I believe the ones who have Kate MIA might get extra scenes where she comes back, or one scene where you find her body.
The Hero Nope! And + it was confirmed by the developers that it is indeed flirting! And since you have the possibility to flirt back, that confirms that Javier is bisexual (also confirmed by the same developer, they did the dialogue between Javier and Jesus)
I honestly don't get the clementine situation in the garage. Sometimes she follows you, sometimes she won't follow you, and sometimes she will go after gabe or kate. In my playthrough she wouldn't go where I go so i went with kate and she went for david and gabe. Everyone lived except for David. I was happy with this ending but I'm still so confused what causes her to make these decisions...
Elite HD Found this on reddit before. Apparently its nothing to do with Javi's decisions. Its all to do with the decisions you make in Clems flashbacks (its quite confusing): If you accept Ava's offer and inject AJ, your Clem will be loyal and she will follow Javi's lead. If you accept Ava's offer and obey them with AJ, your Clem will be understanding and will go after Gabe. If you reject Ava's offer and inject AJ, your Clem will be levelheaded and will go wherever Javi doesn't. If you reject Ava's offer and obey them with AJ, your Clem will be forgiving and will, again, go after Gabe. If you reject Ava's offer, inject AJ and spit in David's face, your Clem will be cold and will go with Kate. If you reject Ava's offer, obey them with AJ and spit in David's face, your Clem will be honest and will, again, go wherever Javi doesn't. If you accept Ava's offer, inject AJ and spit in David's face, your Clem will be bold and will, again, follow Javi's lead. If you accept Ava's offer, obey them with AJ and spit in David's face, your Clem will be just and will, again, go with Kate.
Really wasn't a fan of Gabe for pretty much the entire season. But holy hell the ending I got, where Javi, Clem and Kate save Richmond and to find Gabe bitten, absolutely destroyed me. It was him asking Clem for one more hug and apologising for messing up that did it, it's tragic that his final hour was his most endearing and likeable moment. Makes me look at him differently when I inevitable replay thorough this. Also that scream of pure anguish Javi let out at losing Kate, was chilling. I didn't get that ending and instead watched it here and seeing Kate as a walker after her sacrifice, especially after her and Javi committed to being together was truly heartbreakingly. I unashamedly broke down as soon as Javi saw she had turned. I truly didn't think anything would hit me as badly as Lee's farewell did and I was honestly skeptical about not playing as Clem for Season 3 but I adored Javi and Kate. Mariana was taken too soon. And for all his flaws, David didn't deserve to go out the way he did. TellTale seriously know how to tug at the heartstrings and I'm terrified about what may happen as I head in to play Season 4 over the coming week. Speaks volumes that it was a full decade ago that I played Season 1 and Lee's farewell to Clem, about keeping her hair short, that he'd miss her and not wanting her to have to shoot him still fucking destroyed me. My fiance saw me full on ugly cry when I replayed it a couple weeks ago.
from the first minute i said i aint touching that woman, its my brothers wife for gods sake. How tf can you guys be banging your brothers wife whole game is beyond me. Rejected her love from very start and went and saved both Gabe and David, no regrets whatsoever
Gabe never learned, he almost got Javi killed countless times, like when they were sneaking in to steal weapons, he was also the reason this whole shit happened because he insisted on staying the night, instead of driving away. At the end, he repeated the same mistake, and got himself or his father killed, by crashing the truck. I wouldn't trust my life with him near me
LOL 69 it depends on your choice if you decide to shoot Conrad at the train station, Conrad will die, However if you don’t Conrad will live ‘till the end. Conrad may be seen later if you don’t shoot him, before Kate explodes the wall with the truck.
This game is genially amazing! Throughout all season there is someone I hate or just want dead! When they finally die I feel really different and want them back... For example Conrad, I hated him and popped him at the first chance, since then I genuinely started to like him! And then we have people like Kenny and Lee that we will always love! We never forget!
_You're a real charmer. You know that? Through and through..._ I love that moment, Jesus flirting with Javier. I'm just glad Telltale acknowledged that Jesus is into guys. They could have easily forgotten about that. He sounded so disappointed though, like "Damn it, if only I could have him". ...But to be honest, I wouldn't mind having a guy like Jesus flirt with _me_. I mean...he is pretty badass...and pretty good looking...
So i think these are the endings then unless i mixed up a bit Clem goes with kate, you get gabe, david dies (bitten), kate missing • Clem goes after gabe, you go with kate, clem brings gabe back, david dies (best ending imo) • You and Clem go after David and Gabe. David leaves, Gabe comes back, kate dies (shot) • You clem and kate go to richmond. David dies (?) and Gabe dies (bitten). Still unsure what causes Clem to make the these decisions in garage: • She will follow you • She will go wherever you don't • She will follow Gabe • She will follow Kate Like is it how you treat her throughout the series or what?? im so confused
Kate haters I have a little bit to say. I know you think Kate is selfish and I agree but she is trying to preserve some bit of her old humanity. She was like that from the beginning and was always look for a way to escape reality( which is dumb in a zombie apocalypse, but it is also something I think I would want to do myself). I defended Kate because she still was family despite not being blood related, you raise kids with Kate, you go through the years of the apocalypse with Kate, that makes you family regardless. Just look at the walking dead series on TV the whole group act like true family despite not being related through blood. David didn't do anything for Javi, didn't treat him like blood at the gate, didn't treat him look blood when you got in Richmond. He was just as selfish as Kate but in worse reasons, David was all about his status and how people respect him and when he lost that he lost his sanity. He used your blood relation as leverage to help him. And worse of all he abandons you from helping the mess that was caused. ( even more selfishness) I am however upset about Gabe because he doesn't understand that he doesn't owe his loyalty to his dad( which I feel I would have done in his situation granted) but that's because I cherished Clem's too much. That being said Gabe's decision was his decision and he was killed for it in my case. But in the end don't blame Kate for being selfish when literally everyone would be in some way in the apocalypse
Even before the apocalypse, Kate flirted with Javi and always tried to get with him even with that ring in her finger So you cant tell me she's a saint when she thinks flirting with her husbands brother is the right decision, especially when she already known how David handles things
I somehow got myself a decent ending with my only regret fighting back David at the very end of the fighting and not hooking up with Kate. What makes Clem actually not go with you and go after Gabe and David? She seems like the factor that determines whether so many folks live or die here.
Kate is really selfish. In my ending David and Kate die. I was tearing up while David was dieing but didnt care when Kate died. So I got a good ending. AND THEN CLEMENTINES SCENE WAS BADASS. GREAT WAY TO END IT OFF
So for me it was like this: If Clem trusts you, you can send her to save David and Gabe, David dies and Kate lives. If Clem trusts you, you cand send her to help Kate and go after David and Gabe alone, Kate goes missing and David dies. If Clem doesn't trust you, she will go after Gabe no matter what, you can go with her, David and Gabe live, Kate dies. I don't know what happens with other choises.
I got the ending where Gabe and Kate lived because I went to help Kate and Clem would do the opposite of what I would do. I treated Clem as well as I could during the whole season and I didn't accept Conrad's plan. So I think accepting or not accepting Conrad's plan was the key factor in the choice Clem would give you in the end
This season was the worst in my opinion. Every character in Season1 and Season2 were memorable and their deaths actually impacted the player, especially Season 1. This season however focused on the main characters and side characters were basically bread crumbs. They could be discarded, ignored and it doesnt impact the player one bit.
Joseph Mencheviques Arshavin Texas Eleanor gets left behind, ava and tripp both die, clint (the food guy) and joan either dies or goes missing depending on your choices in episode 4.
I notice that when you either save tripp or ava, its like in season 1 carly or doug, and Kenny or jane in season 2. No matter what someone is going to die. There may be something like that in season 4...
I got the ending where clem stays with javi and i go to help kate. I wished that clem would have go to help gabe, i didnt want him to die. But the ending where javi and david have their last conversation before david dies is also pretty hard warming, even tho kate goes missing
I'm now really happy on how mine ended, I left with Kate and Clem saved Gabe, David died tho. but damn I would've cried my eyes out if Kate or Gabe died for me
Billyjack Renegar In my ending only Gabe lived, I liked it because Gabe learned what the world was like and that when you lose people you have to move on. Conrad also lived so that was cool
Yeah I'm really surprised at all of these comments. I thought everybody living except for David was a pretty normal ending. I guess we did get the good ending.
I got the last ending, which of course wasnt the worst but it wasnt close to a "good ending". But the one with gabe ending it, that was messed up but touching.
Am I the only one who likes Kate lol she wanted to save the city where David just left the f**cking city what if you were the people in the city so that's why I like Kate and I knew that Gabe would redeem himself in episode 5 so I did th Kate and Gabe alive and David dead :) (this is my opinion lol)
Annabell Jong I preferred this ending aswell tho it's seemed like the right choice. Plus at the end David got his peace after all he was the one who wanted to fight and die in a war like situation
Those same people in the city weren't going to do anything when David was about to be hung, so you can't really blame him for not wanting to go save the city. I found Kate annoying, so...yeah.
I’m actually happy w the ending I got. Clementine would go with me if I chose to go after david&gabe or if I went back to Richmond w Kate. I chose to go find David and gabe and ended up with both of them and Kate dead. I did really ship javi and Kate but I was content w what I got.
she's too mature for Gabe, both still too young though, maybe next season. Or maybe she's too smart to know that if she falls in love eventually one will suffer.
Toad Lots of people are saying that if you treat Clementine like shit (agree with Conrad, refuse to kill Lingard, etc.) then she makes the decision to go after Gabe on her own. This results in Gabe always surviving. I feel that if you are neutral to her (I shot Conrad but didn't kill Lingard) then she will help whoever you don't help. I decided to go after Gabe, resulting in David dying and Kate going missing. Another plausible way is that if you are friendly to her, she goes wherever you go. This results in either Kate turning into a walker or both Gabe and David dying.
How can you save David? My clem will go help the person you don't choose, does that mean David will die no matter what? if I go with Kate, she lives and gabe survives. is there a way to save David too? or how do you get clem to stay with Kate? what determine her reaction to this scenario? also just cause you can't find Kate doesn't mean she's dead right? a lot of questions...but I need answers!
you have to treat clem REALLY well on all fronts. like when you shoot conrad or not and if you kill liengard or not. side with her on those things and if clem follows you to save gabe and david on the motorcycle then david AND gabe are alive at the end. but kate becomes a walker. hope this helped!
I got the ending where it implies that Kate's dead but you don't actually know, she just went missing into thin air. It really annoys me that I don't get that kind of closure.
What are the decisions that influence Clementine's choice to assiste Gabe or Kate? I have heard if you both agreed and disagreed with her, something in the middle, she will decide to stick with Javi.
this is really cool. I like how you can keep Conrad and Lingard alive not too sure about Trip. but i like the ending whether you keep kate alive or dead, gabe dead alive, or david dead or alive. its how they live in richmond after clem leaves, we probably wont see them again. i personally like how david dies and kate and javi date while keeping conrad and lingard alive all though i like david😢. that the end of thier story. clems story will continue so many endings so great im on edge to hesr them all. season 4 here we go!
