What many youtubers fail to mention about the past of Transnistria is that it had been founded way back in 1920s by Lenin as a autonomous region within Ukrainian SSR (Moldavian ASSR) to build up tentions between Romania and USSR in hopes of snatching back Bessarabia through revolutionary means (look up Tatarbunary Uprising, Khotyn Uprising and Bender Uprising) The territory it had was double it is today because back then they included a 'triangle' towards Balta which wasn't even a quarter Romanian but was incorporated as a economical capital. But after the successful 1940 ultimatum towards Romania, Stalin, on the recommendation of Khruschev (The same guy who would later give Crimea to Ukraine) stripped Moldova of its coastline (Budjak, Cetatea Alba) and Hotin (Khotyn) region from the newly conquered territory and gave it to Ukrainian SSR in exchange for modern day Transnistria minus Balta region. The official excuse for the "exchange" of territories was to create a more homogeneous population within Soviet SRs. but in reality its because they wanted to create a more secure protected region around Odessa in case things go south and Moldova reunites with Romania hence why also aforementioned in the video that Transnistria had the most infrastructure and supplied the country with electricity, they built it specifically in Transnistria for exactly the same reason, in case of Independence/Reunification, the country remains paralyzed and without infrastructure. The same goes for Cernauti.
What if Yugoslavia was never formed after ww2? What if the kingdom of Yugoslavia broke up into the Banovina of Croatia, the Banovina of Serbia and Slovenia and if Banovina of Serbia let German troops through the country in exchange for the port of Thessaloniki (as the bulgarians take everything up until the city) while the communists get eradicate early on as they almost were. I'm guessing Croatia would still have its coastline invaded by Italy (and maybe Serbia takes Dubrovnik?) while Slovenia would either be forced into an alliance with the Germans or it'd be partitioned yet again. At the end of the war there would basically be no Yugoslavia and Serbs in Croatia would never be killed in massive numbers. It's a realistic ending for Yugoslavia that not many people rly took into consideration

what about Transnistrian Moldavia? Like, after Moldova falls have Transnistria invade Romania, only to realize that it can't conquer Romania, so have it make a ceasefire with Romania with Transnistria occupying Moldavia
Moldova was one of the poorest ssr in Soviet Union, tho now it's known as the poorest country in Europe after Ukraine. It would not necessary be poor if USSR didn't colapse, welthness depends on many factors.

One ending missing is the polish lithuanian ending where the Moldavia remains a vassal of poland insted of beaing taken by the ottomans then you coud continue the scenario what if A Poland lithuania never colapses Or B moldavia gets but in to ether the russian or austian partition I dont know just an idea

They frequently clash with wallachia whom considers them romanian in the same way serbia considers bosnians and kosovars serbian. This would lead wallachia to adopt a more pro russia stance whereas the IRM would become a western ally with especially strong relations with other muslim balkan nations Indian moldavia: the people whom would become the romani in otl mostly settle in moldova, becoming the maiority of the population. They never let go of their culture and religion, leading to an ethnically mixed (due to assorted mixing based on the fact they're nowehere near india) hindu moldova in the balkans. They would have strong relations with india and would probably not side with either east or west.

0:30 mistake, originally, Budjak never belonged to Ukraine, it's historically romanian, neither Northern Bukovina, Herta, or Hotin, those lands were always historically romanian.
