Love how Leo, Mike and Don's all reference their bits in the original opening theme. Leo's pose, Don's overly complicated coffee maker, and Mikey dancing. Raph's is a reference to them buying pizzas in the first live action movie and getting them passed down through a sewer access.
I think Raphael's ending is the canon one. He buys the pizza that's eaten at the victory party. And in the post credits ending, the cameo characters decorate the Statue of Liberty with Raphael's red colored mask.
If only SOR4 had multiple endings. I mean come on. It was made by the same guys who made this. In fact! This game came AFTER SOR4. I almost want to go as far and call TMNT: SR a spiritual sequel to SOR4. If only we could get one mote update to give the characters their own endings in SOR4. I know we can see like shots of the characters in the credits like Axel going back home, Blaze at the beach, Adam arresting the Y twins, etc. But still.
