I know I’m really late but Connor’s theme sounds more heroic, if anything I think Markus should be the one with the heroic music because the game really makes I seem like the androids our the good guys and the humans are the bad guys, since Connor is on the humans side it seems like Markus should have the heroic theme, your thoughts?

​@@acer4pidacer4pid15 Since you asked, here are my thoughts: I think the game did indeed focus on the androids in this issue and I can see how one can interpret humans to be the bad guys in the game. However, DBH also focused on Hank and Connor's relationship, showing how humans and androids can indeed live together peacefully as friends. But I would agree with Kamski that both the human and android sides are two different evils. If you portray it in this way, if this issue were to really exist, I wouldn't be too sure if I want androids to be living together with us. As for the music theme, I think Connor does have the cooler theme, as I already mentioned that I love Connor's theme. But I don't necessarily believe Connor's theme to be more heroic than Markus's. If you would ask me, Connor's theme would be more epic than Markus. The reason why I think the epic soundtrack fits Connor better is because Connor is supposed to be this most advanced android compared to any other and since Connor is on the 'bad' side for this fight, picking to fight as Connor would make you feel like you are the final boss that the protagonist, Markus has to face. I think the epic music, is important in order for the player to feel that they are a powerful opponent of the protagonist. As for Markus's music theme, I think that the music is also important because as he is on the 'good' side and as the protagonist he has to finally face this final boss. Although this sounds like it should be epic since it is the final boss, you also need to take note that in a game, music in boss fights are intense in order to pump adrenaline for the player to feel nervous fighting a tough opponent compared to epic intense fights in shows and movies. The epic music works well in shows and movies because you aren't in control of the protagonist, and the music is often epic because said protagonist is having a moment where he defeats the boss. However, in a game, epic music may only distract the player from the fact that this boss is supposed to be difficult and also an important opponent to beat in the story. This is especially effective for DBH because until this fight, you have played as both characters and understand both characters. Which makes it important that the music has to be intense and nerve-wrecking as players know what Connor is capable of and how intelligent he is. But no need to take all of this in, these are just my thoughts. Thanks for sharing yours! :)
