Will the building have enough electricity, especially for those elevators which would be in high demand 24/7? And about the skyscraper itself, wouldn't it be vulnerable to air related incidents (let's say a helicopter crash), as well as thunderstorms. Also, about the living spaces, will they be adequate for the sheer amounts of people set to live in this kilometre high building. This brings me to my other and final point. If the intention of the building was to serve as peoples living spaces, why dont you just build typical units? What's wrong with those. They may appear outdated to you guys, but they'll do the trick. Plus, the people would also love to live comfortably, not just living. Even billionares (the people who this skyscraper was built for, hence it's dystopian vibe) well, they also have a thing for comfortability where they don't have to scramble for oxygen in a place where having a big ass fan is already a necessity. Just a thought.
