Junk food is the #1 threat.... but folks looooove their junk food. I smoke about four days a week and usually once a day on those days! Thanks for staying in your lane....we can get the other junk a million other places!! Do you need a recipe for rabbit stew??

I'm about a 4 or 5 bowls a day smoker. And I agree ...... letting some time go by from smoking to reset your palate does makes a difference for me.

Yep, the nonsense level in the U.S. definitely was ticked up another notch yesterday. Faith, prayer, and efforts to live better lives are needed all around.

I hope you managed to have a great Sunday and finally got some of the rain that the meteorologist keeps on “sort of” predicting (40% pretty much every day!). The weather has been so hot for ten days or so and yet, they do not expect any major change for the upcoming days. Starting to contemplate moving to Alaska!

Hi Mike when i was working my 4 on 4 off i never smoked a pipe on work days or if i did it was on rare occasions it just down to what one feels yes i missed not having a smoke during 12 hrs shift, but there again i dont smoke a large amount any way maybe 2 or 3 bowls over a whole day or a cigar which is a passion for me where as a pipe is for relaxation,.Sending prayers for everyone Mike all the best buddy 🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇲🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
