Hey, this is a really fantastic offering. It's much more grounding than many of the animal flow videos I've seen here, because of the way you incorporate yoga and use your voice in a calming way. I'm able to do these exercises and build strength despite struggling with chronic illness and nervous system over-activation, and that is something I'm very grateful for.
I love love love this. After too many hours sitting in home office, this feels so natural and freeing, especially the fluidity of the movement combined with bringing the HR up and then down again. I just started BJJ a few days ago, and I've been practicing yoga for about a year now. I've been somewhat serious about yoga and movement for last 6 month. First time i got to this training, I could not continue on minute 8. I thought it would take me years to be able to accomplish this session, but actually it took me only 4 attempts to complete it. Best feeling in the world. Thank you for what you doing❤
I felt my wrists are not strong enough for the entire practice yet but i took some rest in between and felt really good in my body at the end. Thank you for this original practice. Love and gratitude
I wanted to do yoga for quite a while but didnt know how and where to start. And then I found your channel one and a half years ago. Since then I got more and more consistent. Came to your wolfpack and even enjoy it more every day. Never thought that, but right now I'm even working on my headstand. Of course there are still some days where I don't practice but I would say I'm in for 5 of 7 days most of the month. Thank you so much for your wonderful guidance. You have a very healthy way to teach and flow.
Beautiful job, Flo! I discovered your channel after I tore the cartilage in my rib at Jiu Jitsu. I was out for 3 months, but I tell people now that this was one of life's biggest blessings, because it lead me to yoga. I feel like I have a new mind and body now. Cannot thank you enough for this. I have been incorporating it twice a week into a cooldown after striking and it is really doing a number as a final core workout followed by a wonderful cooldown, centering practice. Thank you for placing this work out into the world.

Love this 💜 great early morning practice. Please make more like this 🙏. I have to avoid lunging and one leg balances due to an injury and I have a broken finger that’s healing so I’m trying to find ways to keep practicing yoga. Stuff like this is great.

Thank you for sharing your practice with us, Flo 🙏🏾 Before this practice I was feeling a bit sore in my hips and low back. Maybe from a combination of overtraining and sitting too much. I did a regular animal flow class, and then this class, and I feel so much better. That shavasana at the end was blissful :) Especially for my low back.

Don't know much about animal movements. Im a former powerlifter now competing in jiu jitsu. Plenty strong on squat bench deadlift. That felt like what I should be doing. Tough on the triceps there! I like it. Thank you. Subscribed.
